Price information:
The above prices are for 4 people, each additional person US$ 30 / day extra.
The electricity costs exceeding will be deducted from the deposit in accordance with the current electricity price.
All prices (except the deposit) plus the current taxes in the US (currently 6.5% VAT and 5% tourist tax).
A down payment of 25% of the rental price will be made with the conclusion of the contract, the balance including deposit is no later than 4 weeks before arrival Day
due.
Our environment is also dependent on our holiday on the responsible use of water and energy. Normally, the electricity cost component included in the rental payment is sufficient. The outer doors should be closed as much as possible so as not to unnecessarily run the air conditioning system. All other additional costs, such as water, telephone (local calls), Wi-Fi, etc. are included in the price.
The Villa Summerland is a Non smoking house!
If you do not observe this, we are forced to deduct any additional cleaning costs, including the replacement of the filters in the air conditioning system, from your security deposit.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers and for hygienic reasons are no pets allowed in the Villa Summerland.
