Lovely vacation
We had a great time at Villa Summerland. We enjoyed the lovely atmosphere of the well-appointed house and the well-kept pool. The owners and the manager were professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to be back.

Stunningly Beautiful!!!
This vacation home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! The owners responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. Wonderful views of the canal and great location in Cape Coral. Overall a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. Would stay here again!

Wonderful house and location
Loved the house. Perfect location close to everything we needed. Loved the view of the canal while lounging around the pool. Quiet neighborhood. When we had a question the owners responded within minutes. Also really appreciated the beach equipment in the garage (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc).

Cape Coral Favorite
Everything was as expected and more. We now have a new favorite home in Cape Coral. House is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Bathroom by the pool was very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants. Boat lift and access to gulf. We will be back again! Thank you for providing such a great home!

Much needed vacation......

Excellent Stay
This home was better than I could have ever imagined. Excellent location, tastefully decorated and very well stocked with all the essentials of home. Place was immaculate when we arrived cozy and comfortable! Conveniently located. With easy access. Gabi and Marcus are incredible owners., very accommodating and informative about local attractions, they provide prompt responses to all my questions. Excellent recommendations on golf and other attractions! These owners go out of their way for your every need. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely rent this home again and rate it as good as it gets. Perfect Location!
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everywhere! We traveled with another couple and having bedrooms on separate ends provided plenty of privacy, especially since the home is so spacious. We expected to pay extra for electricity (as stated in rental agreement) and were happy it was only $30. This home is perfect for families or couples!

Top Haus in top Lage - Danke
Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und war echt super. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Hausverwaltung stand uns bei Fragen und einem Stromausfall prompt zur Seite und hat sich direkt darum gekümmert. Wir verstehen sehr gut, dass das Haus viele "Wiederholungstäter" hat. Danke für eine tolle Zeit in Cape Coral.

This is our second time staying at this property. We will definitely be back for many more. This home is perfect in every way. AMAZING VACATION!!
This house was exactly as described. It was clean and had your start up necessities, like paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap. The view from the pool looking into the canal was gorgeous!! Loved sitting in the living room and looking out into the canal, but did wish that the curtains went all the way across the sliding glass. I always felt like someone was watching us at night time.🤣. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to make a great meal. All your beach accessories are there also. You literally need to be nothing with you. There’s even 1 fishing pole in case you wanted to fish in the canal. Loved, loved the beach decor of the house. It totally had that Florida beach vibe. You are about 1 mile from Walmart/Publix and so many different restaurants. Short drive to the beaches was a plus. I highly recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks so much for a fantastic vacation!

Our stay at Villa Summerland in one word Amazing! The home was exactly as described, clean, and had exactly everything we needed during our stay. The pool was a fantastic end to our day to relax and during the days for some fun! The location was literally in the middle of everything or a short distance to stores, restaurants, beaches, and more. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! We really enjoyed our stay at the "Villa". The property was exactly as listed, was beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The neighborhood was quiet too. Close to shopping which made getting groceries really easy. We hope to come back!

Great house
The house was spacious for two, clean and in good condition, and there were plenty of towels, kitchenware, and all of the appliances worked. The grill was clean, and someone came to clean the pool the day after we arrived. Our only complaint is that we were provided with two extra rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, and we were there for 10 days. There was also no dish soap or laundry detergent. We have rented houses previously and these items are normally provided, so this was more of a surprise and an inconvenience than anything else. When we asked the property manager about the limited and lack of supplies, he told us to deal with it ourselves.

We stay in Cape Coral every Winter. This is the seventh Villa we have stayed in and this one is simply the best! It lies in a quiet, centralized neighborhood with close proximity to two shopping centers and Walmart. There is also several restaurants nearby. The house itself has a southeast exposure with a fabulous view of intersecting canals and the entire layout of the home maximizes that view. It gives you such a feeling of tranquility. The home itself is very well furnished with anything you would need to make your vacation a success. The owners and management have been a pleasure to work with. We just can't wait to return next year and the years beyond!

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!
A perfect holiday
This was the perfect house for our family of five: Spacious, well equipped and maintained, in a quite area, and with a fabulous and tranquil view. The outdoor facilities were excellent, and the few hours weather forced us to spend inside were also pleasant. The three weeks we spent during Christmas and into the new year was really value for money. We can recommend Villa Summerland with all our hearts to any potential travelers!

Perfect! We were here for the sixth time and we never want to leave! It's just great.
It is thought of everything, both for adults and for families with (small) children, nothing is missing. On the contrary, this villa leaves nothing to be desired and it's just a paradise!

Outstanding
The house has a great south facing and is spoiled by the sun. Nearby there is a good publix (supermarket), there are delicious fish, scampi and good steaks for great barbecues on the terrace overlooking the directly adjacent canal.
In the well-kept house everything is available what you need. Technical devices are super easy to use thanks to great description. The property manager is in the immediate vicinity and is available for any questions.
The house owners are super nice and helpful. Great organization at every point. The huge pool is the highlight in the house. So always happy and highly recommended.

It is great! The swimming pool, the garden, the villa. It is not a house but a home and we are Very lucky That we could spend there 5 nights. Is is an experience we will never forget. All the rooms were splendid.

Great house
We have already for the second time vacation in the house and we and our friends were thrilled again. It is very well maintained, nicely decorated and nothing is missing. The kitchen is well equipped (appliances, dishes, etc. and spices, coffee filters, etc.) and there are plenty of towels available. About the washing machine and the dryer we were also very happy. The view of the canal is terrific and with the rented boat you are fast on the river. The property management is great, very informative and punctual. A nice spot of earth!

Dream vacation in a beautiful villa
It was a great holiday in this dream villa. For the third time we were in this beautiful house. It is very well maintained and very tastefully decorated. The house is located on a canale junction and you have a great view from the Landai. The larger than average pool invites you to swim in the morning. The house is equipped with everything imaginable and leaves nothing to be desired. We look forward to the next visit!

The best
We have stayed in quite a few VRBO properties, and this is probably the best. High end decor, great location and view, quiet neighborhood and close to grocery and Walmart. The beds were comfortable and every appliance you could need is near at hand. We did learn a couple of things to pass on from this rental. Be sure to rent through VRBO and not directly from the owners. Since the owners are out of the USA, you will incur an increase cost due to currency exchange if you rent direct from the owners. Even with the increase it was within our budget and was a beautiful property. Also, be aware of the electricity upcharge. The $25.00 that is allowed, is not enough to cover (large) pool and spa heat. We did not use the pool. The outside temp was between 61 and 82, while the water temp was between 59 and 70 degrees unheated. We heated the hot tub briefly two evenings and that added about $7.00 to the bill. If you are renting in summer the solar will probably heat the pool. The pool is large The staff was great and we would consider renting again.

Beautiful villa with great views
The villa looks exactly like in the pictures, everything very harmoniously and tastefully furnished. It was very clean and inviting and there are really enough towels. For us the perfect villa
No matter if furnishing, location or equipment, it was consistent and perfect for us.
After trips to Tampa, Miami, Naples and a few outlets, we relaxed at the large pool and emptied a cold beer in the spa. In the nearby Publix and Walmart have found everything for our barbecues on the beautiful lanai.
For 3 days we had rented a boat. Thanks to the boat lift was the arrival and departure no problem. We had a lot of fun on the water and on land. The house holds everything the pictures on the website promise.
We had a wonderful time in a top villa.

Beautiful Villa Summerland
We spent a great holiday in a furnished with many loving details house. The terrace with pool and whirlpool we really enjoyed. We played many golf courses within 30 to 45 minutes to reach. Our favorite was the Vasari golf course. In conclusion, we can only recommend Villa Summerland.

"Dream Vacation at Villa Summerland"
We have rented many high quality holiday homes in the last 10 years, but such a beautiful property as the Villa Summerland has never been there. The description on the associated website, which is very informative, fits 100 percent. The communication with the landlord was very cordial and professional.
You can tell everywhere that the villa with the beautiful and well-kept outdoor area has been furnished with great attention to detail. Both the kitchen equipment, the well-functioning outdoor grill and various beach accessories leave nothing to be desired. It was very pleasant that we had plenty of towels available. And not to forget are the super comfortable beds, especially because we are very spoiled by our water beds.
Nearby there are plenty of shopping and it is a good location to make nice trips.
We definitely had a wonderful holiday and can only recommend the dream villa. We will come back in any case.

After only 18 months we returned to Villa Summerland. It was like coming home, our dream vacation started with the first day.What a surprise, a new boat deck, a new coat of paint on the kitchen counter, a new guest bed, new loungers by the pool ... and much more.The furnishings, the ambience and the website are constantly growing with great attention to detail. "BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION"
This house can only be recommended! We spent with our 2 adult children and grandma a wonderful week in this very tastefully decorated house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and everything is very clean and well maintained. The outdoor complex with pool and Jacuzzi invites you to relax and refresh. The gas grill allows for nice barbecue evenings. From the booking to the on-site support everything went well.

WELL BEING AT HIGH LEVEL
To make a perfect holiday is a good preparation. The owner's own website supports the landlord in all matters. From destinations, sports activities to restaurant addresses - there is something for everyone. The description of the property attracted a high level of expectation, which was confirmed in all respects. The house, furnished with great attention to detail, has helped to enjoy the holiday from the first second. The equipment and the comfort left nothing to be desired. The poolside terrace invited in the morning for a hearty breakfast and in the evening for a BBQ with sunset. We will recommend the Domnizil to our friends and if we plan another trip to Florida, we will gladly come back to this top address.

A WONDERFUL VECATION.
We had a wonderful time at villa summerland. The house was really nicely decoratet and very well equipped. We simply loved the outdoor area. A big bonus since er were travelling with a small child were all the pool toys. While were there the wifi stopped working, but the property manager fixed the problem inni time. The house is located close to both supermarkeds and several restaurants. We hope to return to Villa Summerland next year!

DREAM VILLA SUMMERLAND 2013
We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Summerland.
The house was decorated with great attention to detail and leaves nothing to be desired. The great outdoor area with pool and Jacuzzi complete the villa perfectly.
Everything is very clean, well maintained and in perfect condition. Ample crockery, cooking utensils, towels and beach towels are available. The kitchen is well equipped, the hobby chef lacks nothing.
We enjoyed the evening BBQ with the great view on our terrace very much.
The villa is quiet, yet central, with short shopping. After half an hour's drive you will reach the dream beaches of Sanibel & Captiva Island.
The website of the Villa Summerland is very informative and gives many suggestions bezgl. Restaurants, shopping malls, and excursion possibilities, so that the holiday is even more unforgettable.
As a longtime Floridafans we can only say, very nice house, nice care both locally and at the time of booking.
We look forward to our next vacation at Villa Summerland.

A HOUSE TO FEEL GOOD...
The information in the online ad is 100% in accordance with reality.
The decor is tasteful and the condition of the entire house can really be described as very well maintained and clean. Even such sensitive areas as the bathrooms / toilets are in perfect condition and show no signs of wear. The kitchen utensils are in mint condition.
The contact with the landlords can be rated only with the grade 1. Immediately after booking they contacted us via email. Our emails to the landlords were still answered the same day. It can not be faster. The handling of the lease was also easy by e-mail. Shortly before the rental began, we then received the key code and even lists of cases (separated by male / female).
The manager on site was very nice. Unfortunately we had the problem on the day of arrival, that in the entire house the water was turned off and we unfortunately could not find the main tap. But after a short phone call, a plumber came by to fix the problem (including the control of all water taps in the house).
We would definitely recommend this house to friends and acquaintances. We believe that the location (on the outskirts of Cape Coral) has advantages.

Great is the outdoor area.Exceptional is the magnificent view from the pool terrace. AlsoFrom the masterbedroom you could enjoy a unique sunriseenjoy.Also fast Internet, which is important to us, was available.Shopping for food ect. are almost around the corner.From time to time you hear the cars from the Veterans Memorial Pkwy in south / east wind.,which did not bother us personally.Otherwise, you can recommend the house to 100 percent.

For us the perfect house.
Bright, friendly, 2 bedrooms with large beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds, tasteful decor and very clean.
We loved the large pool and spa, as well as the breathtaking view of the canal intersection.
Good and quiet residential area, nevertheless fast at Publix, Walmart and Co.
The contact with the landlord and manager was very cordial and helpful (problem-free settlement).

Well-being oasis with a lovely ambience
We, grandparents with a daughter and two boys at the age of 9 and 11 years we felt very well at the Villa Summerland. A lovingly and tastefully furnished holiday home. Well maintained. The manager was very helpful. The boat dock was very helpful for our rented motorboat. A swarming alligator astonished us. And we are allowed to spin sailor's yarn and post it home. However, according to the steward, it is very, very rare. Was an exception. Very nice was also the size of the swimming pool and the intact mosquito nets.

The pictures exactly reflect the impression of a super holiday home
Unfortunately only one week in the villa Summerland is guaranteed but not the last time the house is very nicely decorated, comfortable and asks everything you need to live there even our adult children 18-21 years felt immediately the location of the pool (Sunshine from morning to evening) as well as the super short way to Publix and Walmart / Ros ?? Awesome only 5 minutes, Thank you family Jansen for an unforgettable holiday and thank you to the super nice property management Sven Kaiser & team for a simple check in & out

Just wonderful!
It was a beautiful vacation! There is nothing to complain about. The furnishing, the cleanliness, the equipment as well as the on-site care or the care by the landlord was impeccable. We have already recommended the house to many friends, relatives or acquaintances.

Fantastic villa in perfect location
We spent 2.5 weeks in August in this beautiful house. The pictures correspond exactly to what it looks like, who not maybe even more beautiful. The pool was great fun for us and our kids, even air mattresses and toys were available. The equipment of the house is perfect, we did not miss anything. Also the excellent location should be mentioned, in only 2 minutes drive you can reach Publix, Walmart Supercenter and many restaurants. We went on trips to Fort Myers Beach, visited Sanibel several times and made a day trip to Miami. The handover by the property management was very nice and without problems and also the contact with the landlord was more than friendly. Thanks again for the great tips and information we received in advance. We fell in love on this vacation in Florida and will definitely come back.

Fabulous stay!
This house is exactly like the pictures. Very well maintained and clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The house is really close to grocery stores. We have enjoyed the pool and dinning outside with the music. Very nice view of the canal and great place for sportive fishermen !
We will definitely return there!! And thank you to the property management personnel who was extremely nice.

Paradise Summerland
Hammer-like villa in which nothing is missing and in which everything was thought through to the last detail. Our expectations were far exceeded and in the run-up to the landlord we were well informed. We would always recommend this domicile, but do not do it, so we can always return to this paradise.
For golfers, the area is also a paradise. Leisure facilities and restaurants are also great and here the landlords have prepared us well on their website.

Villa Summerland -Holiday in paradise
We were allowed to enjoy the villa for 2 weeks and can only report the best.
The villa is well maintained, clean and very tastefully decorated. We loved the view of the big canal intersection with the jumping fish and passing boats.
The location, the facilities, the pool u.Spa or the professional handling everything tip-top. We can recommend Villa Summerland only to 100%.

Great holiday villa with stunning views
Very nice location with absolute Wohlfühleinrichtung. The purchase and return were absolutely easy.
Everything was in top condition and very clean.
The conclusion of the lease, the payment and the care for questions was excellent.

The house is just TOP !! Lovingly decorated, clean, spacious and bright,the decor is perfect. We spend our holidays almost every year in Cape Coral - we know what we are talking about :-)We felt very comfortable here, will definitely recommend the house and definitely come back.

A dream vacation!
We were completely impressed by the house and the facility with all amenities. We used the heated pool and pitched the grill almost every evening. The large quantities of towels we could very well use. The German property management was great, even got us a boat when our actual boat rental fell into the water. Everything was very clean and really comfortable. We can only recommend the house and we definitely want to come back.

Wonderful stay!
First time we have rented a vacation home online i USA. Process was simple and secure. The house was exactly as pictured. My family and I love coming to Florida for vacation, and this house was amazing, the kids especially loved the pool. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean. This house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to stores. The property manager was profesional and helpful. Our security deposit was refunded promptly after our departure. We would love to comeback back.

Great thing with two families and small children
Very nice contact, responsive, uncomplicated and helpful. 5 minutes from the supermarket. Definitely boat on recommendation rent, waterskiing and lunch for lunch somewhere! 20 minutes to the main waterway, 45 minutes to the open sea

Just awesome and perfect
I've seen a lot in the United States since I've been there for two years on business, but the standard, the lovely decor, excellent cleanliness, the location and much, much more, can not be beat. We have spent a wonderful three weeks in this excellent home and thank you very much. Everything was just perfect and the term "exclusive" fits perfectly. Even the preparation was perfectly organized until the arrival, which even a luxury hotel can not do better. then relax in the evening in the yakuzzi, what could be nicer.
Special highlight was "Johnny Gator", who visited us a few times. What we really liked was the location almost on Del Prado, the "main street" of Cape Coral. Walmart Super Store 5 minutes away and everything else you (and wife) needed.
Dear landlord, you have managed something very special and we would like to come back ... thumbs up.

Beautiful holiday
After 2 years we are back in the Villa Summerland and enjoy 2 weeks of pure luxury vacation.
The villa has changed again: new paint, new furniture, king size bed in the guest rooms and new furniture on the terrace. There were no wishes left.
It was as always everything top organized and a great holiday.
Sadly we did not see Johnny (house alligator) this year - but Alba (a dolphin) got lost in the channel.
We look forward to the next vacation at Villa Summerland!
Tip: plan if possible a longer stopover of at least 2 hours in Atlanta - otherwise you missed the connecting flight.

"Third time dream vacation in the Villa Summerland"
After only 5 months we returned to Villa Summerland. The feel-good experience started on day 1.
We enjoy the great outdoor area and the lovingly furnished villa.
Despite the peace, we are also thrilled by the central connection to the great beaches, shopping malls, etc.

“Incredible Home”
We've rented from Home Away for many years, and we have never been more pleased with our accommodations as we were with Villa Summerland. We arrived to find a first-class home, beautifully appointed, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location on the canal added to the feeling of openness; we enjoyed watching the boats go by as we relaxed by the pool. Surrounded by palm trees, we never got tired of the view. We enjoyed it so much, we have already reserved for two weeks next year.
A big 'thank you' to the owners for allowing us to share their amazing home. We can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic time at the Villa Summerland. We loved everything at the Villa, the neighbourhood was extremely quiet. The decoration of the house was lovely we felt like we were at the beach in a total relaxation. When we first open the front door of the house the first thing we saw was breath taking view of the pool and the river. We immediately went to touch the water of the pool and sit down on the long chair and look at the fish jumping out of the water that was just like a dream. The location of the Villa is at the right place near every good grocery store, restaurant etc. We went at the Villa Summerland to relax and we sure did. We will come back for sure. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much for the great service.

Were very satisfied. the house and the pool were very clean. You could feel very comfortable right away. The care was also very good. The location of the house is very good, as you have only short ways to shop.

"Dream vacation in perfect location"
The Villa Summerland is very tasteful, comfortable and furnished with great attention to detail. We felt right at home ... perfect holiday from the start. Whether on the beautiful terrace overlooking the water, in the pool or whirlpool, we felt completely comfortable. The in-house website informs very professionally about restaurants, beaches and excursion possibilities. The very warm and courteous landlord have looked after us well and also on site we always had a contact person.
We had a wonderful holiday and can only recommend this dream villa.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Summerland. We lacked nothing! On the contrary! We did not want to go back!
The communication with the landlords was super nice and professional! The decor and decor of the villa is just perfect and thought of everything! So tastefully decorated and clean, that you immediately felt at home. The location is just great! Watching the sunrise over the lake in the morning and just watching the flying fish was just amazing! We had an unforgettable time at Villa Summerland. We felt completely comfortable - nothing was missing. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. Everything very clean and well-kept. The device alone puts you in a holiday mood. The landlords are very nice, everything was perfect - contact, travel arrangements, information. Also the on-site support was without complaint, Nicola was very friendly and helpful. The location was also very good, right in the vicinity were Publix, Walmart and some well-known restaurants to find and yet the house is very quiet and secluded. We can absolutely recommend the house!

"Our vacation in Cape Coral at Villa Summerland was in April 2013. We, these are my husband, my 9 month old son and me, were in Florida for the first time and did not know each other there at all, so we were all the happier When we saw that on the Villa Summerland Homepage numerous information about the environment such as restaurants, attractions, beaches, etc. were listed .. The information was very helpful and precise, which made it very much easier for us to pick the best destinations Highly recommended is a visit to the restaurant Mucky Duck with the beautiful sunset directly on the sea.
Villa Summerland was a dream! The spacious fully air-conditioned rooms, modern and equipped with every comfort, have not lacked anything. Even for our baby everything was available, from cot and high chair to paddling pool with toys, nothing was missing. The villa is very clean, high quality furnished, the pool is cleaned regularly and the green area is also very well maintained. Everything was well organized and the contact to the German-speaking caretaker was also very nice and uncomplicated.
On the large terrace with the beautiful pool with separate Jacuzzi, you can be pampered by the sun without being plagued by the mosquitoes, because the whole area is protected by a mosquito net. From there you have direct views and access to the canal, which in turn has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Even a private boat dock belongs to Villa Summerland.
We can only recommend Villa Summerland and would go there again !!! We had a wonderful holiday and like to think back! "

VILLA SUMMERLAND 2013
We were fed up with the long winter and wanted to escape to the warm. About acquaintances we learned from the Villa Summerland in Cape Coral. We liked the website very much and so we did not think twice and flew 2 weeks later with our 7 month old daughter from Zurich to Florida. Our expectations on the ground were absolutely exceeded. When we entered the house everything was ready for us. A cot and a high chair were set up. Comfortable sounds came from the in-house stereo and dimmed light let the spacious living room appear at home.
It was not until the next morning that we took a picture of the house. We lived in a generous bedroom (masterbed) with a very large and tastefully decorated bathroom. The living and dining area is very spacious and equipped with new furniture. The kitchen was the eye-catcher in the room. Over a large glass front we looked at the in-house swimming paradise (with about 12 long pool and jacuzzi) and the inflow to the Gulf of Mexico. We had direct access to the terrace from the living room and 2 bedrooms. All rooms are very spacious and comfortably furnished.
The villa is at the end of a traffic-deadlock with direct access to the water.
The house left nothing to be desired and was well equipped. In all rooms there is W-LAN; a large grill invites you to the evening BBQ and also for the beach excursion everything is available, whether luma, beach chairs or umbrella.
The in-house website informed about all surrounding restaurants, beaches and possible activities. So it was not difficult to make the days varied: a beach day on the endless, deserted beach in Lovers Key, wildlife expedition in Wild Life Refuge with evening boat tour, an unforgettable sunset with dolphins, shopping trip to the nearby Miromar Center or Coconut Point, - it was just too few days for so many excursion possibilities.
To relax, we stayed for a day at home and enjoyed the splashing with the daughter and the well-kept gardens. For questions, the German property management was available to us at any time.
We had a great time and can only recommend this dream villa.
We will come back!
